Meet Natalie, one of our Missionary for Life interns for the summer of 2017. Natalie will be helping us spread the pro-life message on our Christian Music Festivals tour- 7 festivals, in 49 days traveling 5,691 miles!
Caleb Worrell: Tell us about yourself?
Natalie: I’m Natalie. I’m 21-years-old, and 5th in a line of seven sisters. I work full-time as a live in Medical Assistant for a college student. I also am a photographer on the side, which I love.
Caleb: Where are you from?
Natalie: I’m from Hillsboro, WI (northwest of Madison)
Caleb Worrell: What are your favorite movies?
Natalie: Pride and Prejudice, and Hotrod are my all time favorite movies. Oh boy, they couldn’t be more opposite.
Caleb: Do you enjoy reading? If so, what are you reading right now?
Natalie: I am forever reading my Bible, and I just finished reading a Holocaust survivor’s life story, called “The Lucky Boy.” I pretty much only read about things history-related.
Caleb: Who are your favorite bands?
Natalie: Hmm, my favorite bands/artists would have to be, mostly all Christian bands; Relient K, Dave Monks, American Football, Dermot Kennedy and a ton more that I can’t think of at the moment.
Caleb: Why are you pro-life?
Natalie: I’m pro-life because it makes perfect sense to me to believe that every innocent human life is equal and deserves the chance to live, at every developmental stage we encounter.
Caleb: What are you most excited for this summer?
Natalie: This will be a completely new experience for me. I’m just overall excited about this whole thing to be completely honest. I’ll be glad to make friendships with the people I’ll be touring with. It will be a great learning experience, and I will enjoy getting the chance to spread the truth about unborn babies and the truth of the atrocity that is abortion.
Caleb: What makes you want to give up your summer to be a Missionary for Life?
Natalie: I’ve seen the impact abortion can have on someone first-hand, and I hope that by reaching out to people with Rock for Life we can help people see how much damage it does to everyone involved. I don’t completely consider it giving up my summer because this is a message I am so passionate about.
Natalie is going to be a huge help to our Missionary for Life team this summer. We can’t wait to see all the wonderful things that happen through her and the rest of the Missionaries for Life.
Natalie will be touring with me and two other Missionaries for Life on the Rock for Life Summer Music Tour. This tour focuses on Christian music festivals throughout the Northeast and Midwest and works to educate young people about abortion and equip them with the knowledge and resources to become pro-life activists themselves. This is such a huge opportunity to reach others with the pro-life message and is undoubtedly going to be an adventure for everyone involved.
The Missionaries for Life is a non-paid internship. Natalie has set-up a fundraising page to help cover her costs. Please keep her and the Missionaries for Life team in your thoughts and prayers. If you feel led to donate to her, click here.
You can keep up with Natalie and the rest of the Missionaries for Life this summer through the Rock for Life blog and our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr and Snapchat). You can also follow Natalie directly through her fundraising page as well as her Facebook.

I can’t wait to introduce the rest of the Missionaries for Life to you. Four more to go. Stay tuned!
