Kortney Blythe oversees the Rock for Life chapters and street teams throughout the nation to encourage continued activism and assist them in persevering in the battle to restore personhood to pre-born children.

Kortney grew up with a strong conviction to fight abortion. She’s the daughter of a pro-life pastor, and her uncle runs a sidewalk counseling ministry called At the Well in Northern California. He inspired her to follow in his footsteps through his unabashed, uncompromising and life-saving work. In 2003, Kortney discovered Rock for Life at Cornerstone Festival North Carolina, at which time she was invited to join Rock for Life’s summer tour team. During her college years she attended numerous Rock for Life events, undertaking the twelve hour round trip from Montreat College, NC to Washington, D.C. on a regular basis and getting the “protest bug” from her first major event – “The March for Women’s Lives” counter-protest.

After graduating from college with a degree in Communications, she worked at a home for unwed mothers in Charlotte, NC called Room at the Inn, while running a Rock for Life chapter. One year later, she took a position as Director of Campus Life Tours with Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, based out of Southern California. During her three years with Survivors, she visited 600 high schools and colleges (distributing 250,000 pro-life leaflets with a team of college-age youth) and assisted in leadership at dozens of pro-life events throughout the nation, including “A Prayer for Change” at the Democratic National Convention, The “Birmingham Letter Project” at the 2009 Presidential Inauguration and Survivors annual summer ProLife Leadership Training Camp.

She recently had the privilege and blessing of meeting twin baby girls – Faith and Destiny – who were saved from abortion through her intervention. To God be the glory!

Kortney’s pro-life activism has been featured in numerous online publications, newspapers and on television news stations and radio programs.

Kortney is excited about her return to the East coast and continuing as an abortion abolitionist for Rock For Life.

If you need a pro-life speaker, Kortney would love to come out and visit your church, youth group, high school or college campus or even your local concert. Write Kortney by clicking here and she will discuss the details with you.
